Odessa Begay

Odessa is the author of the adult coloring books Little Birds, Edgar Allan Poe, Jingle Bells, and William Shakespeare. She loves botanical gardens, medieval manuscripts, metal, museums, and comics. Whenever there’s an opportunity to combine any of these things she goes for it! She grew up in San Diego before moving to New York to study Photography at NYU's Tisch School of The Arts. Since then she's lived in sunny Los Angeles, not quite as sunny Philadelphia, and now Kansas City. When she is not writing or illustrating, she enjoys visiting museums, exploring public libraries, playing with her mini Aussie Shepherd, Archie, and finding new places to eat ramen.
