Olga de Dios Ruiz

Olga de Dios is a young talent in Spain. She is an author and an illustrator, and her books have been translated into several languages. She has been awarded the Triangle Cultural Award for contributing to teaching in equality and the Golden Pinwheel Award in the Shanghai Children´s Book Fair CCBF. About her book (SEARCHING) “With Searching I wanted to create an optimistic story where the biggest mistake could turn into something good. A story filled with substance, characters, and words to look for a message trying to be found,” says de Dios. “Because we spend our life searching to achieve goals, milestones, and we forget to enjoy the moment, our surroundings, and the people that truly matter. I dedicate this story o those people that stay by our side.”
