Osnat Lautman is a world-renowned organizational consultant, intercultural expert, and bestselling author of Israeli Business Culture (1st ed. 2015; 2nd ed. 2018) and Global Cultural Interplay (2025). Passionate about supporting human connections and bridging cultural barriers, Osnat’s vast global experience encompasses conducting workshops, delivering lectures, and advising all levels—ranging from the C-suite to front-line employees—in multinational organizations. Osnat has an M.A. in Social Science and Communications from Israel’s Bar Ilan University; a certificate in Organizational Development from New York University; and a coach license from the Co-Active Training Institute in Israel. She started working as an organizational consultant in 2007. It was while living in New Jersey from 2009 to 2012 that her avid interest in differences between cultures was first sparked, consequently evolving into her area of expertise. Osnat created the ISRAELI™ model of Israeli business characteristics (Informal, Straightforward, Risk-Taking, Ambitious, Entrepreneurial, Loud, Improvisational) to reveal the foundations of the innovative Israeli culture. Furthermore, she has extensive international experience, which eventually culminated in her most recent research, including gathering and processing input from 48 intercultural experts, devising the TCAP™ model – the practical foundation of a global mindset, as well as the C-CCT™ for comparing specific countries, and the PCAT™ and TC-CAT™ – tools for assessing and analyzing personal, team and company cultural tendencies and interactions. Global Cultural Interplay weaves all the research findings into its pages.
