Owen Wood

Owen is the founder of the Free Open Access Medical Education (FOAMed) website DitchDocEM.com, and author of the highly acclaimed EMS reference, Pocket Paramedicine. Owen is a Certified Flight Paramedic, Nationally Registered Paramedic, and practices as within a dynamic 911 system in North Carolina. Owen is also a United States Marine Corps Veteran, and gathered a wealth of medical experience during multiple combat deployments in various theaters around the globe.
