Prakash Bhide

Prakash Bhide Ph.D. has over 40 years of rich working experience in multinational companies and large and reputed business houses. Prakash is a Mechanical Engineer from the world-renowned IIT BOMBAY and a Ph.D. in Human Resources on ‘LEADERSHIP’ from XLRI Jamshedpur (Harvard of India). He made a successful mid-career change from Manufacturing and Operations to Human Resources at the age of 45 years. He quickly climbed to the position of Group President of Human Resources of JK GROUP (13 Group Companies with 22,000 employees) for 10 years. Prakash is an international coach and has coached more than 100 CEOs, CXOs, and Hi Potential Talent. He has more than 15 years of teaching experience at Mumbai University for MBA Courses. He is a well-renowned, consultant, author of many articles, sought-after Key Note Speaker, and an Independent Director of companies.
