Patrick McGinty

Patrick McGinty is a lifelong adventurer who resides in beautiful Bellingham, Washington. He is an avid biker, bike commuter, bike adventurer, and hiker who has hiked throughout the North Cascades, Canadian Rockies (his favorite), Alaska, Iceland, and the Wind River Range in Wyoming. Patrick has a M.A. Speech Communications from Emerson College, a M.S. Higher Education Administration from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, and an MBA Finance from Johnson & Wales University. He is a former member of the United States Marine Corps, a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), and disciple of Mr. Money Mustache (“a mustachian”). Patrick writes it likes he experienced it in his honest, amusing, and introspective look at achieving the dream of biking across America self-supported.
