Paul Gibbs has been building teams for over 30 years and is a well respected international speaker. In 1992 Paul founded a non-profit organization to help build bridges between various community groups. Specializing in creating collaboration around common values, that organization has since become a global movement and continues to empower businesses, schools, neighborhoods, government agencies and churches as they seek to build something good together. The author of several books including The Shapes Test™, Paul is known for his creative communication skills and a knack for taking something profound and using his sense of humor and fun to help simplify it.
