Paul Donovan

Paul Donovan is a Managing Director and Global Chief Economist at the wealth management unit of the Swiss bank UBS. His job involves researching and writing about a wide range of macro economic and policy issues. His key areas of research interest include: environmental economics; income inequality; the impact of prejudice on economic growth; inflation and inflation history; infrastructure and development; and the interaction of politics, economics, and financial markets. Paul studied at St Anne's College Oxford, and CeFIMS (SOAS) at the University of London. He is an honorary fellow of St Anne's College, and a member of the Vice Chancellor's Circle of Oxford University. He is a co founder of the Peter Culverhouse Memorial Trust. He is a keen skier and amateur boxer.
