Paul Weller

Paul Weller (born 1956 in Wrexham, Wales), PhD (University of Leeds, 1996) und DLitt (University of Derby, 2009) is since 2021Non-Stipendiary Research Fellow in Religion and Society (und before that Stipendiary from 2017) at Regent's Park College, University of Oxford, UK, where he is Associate Director (UK) of the Oxford Centre for Religion and Culture und Associate Member der Faculty of Theology and Religion of the University. He is also (since 2021) Visiting Professor in the Research Institute for Peace,Security and Social Justice, Coventry University, UK (where, before that, he was a part-time Professor since 2016); and he is Emeritus Professor (since 2016)at the University of Derby, UK (where he was as Religious Studies academic since 1990 and from 1999-2016 was Professor for Inter-Religious Relations).
