With a degree in anatomical science, a degree in Physiotherapy, a Masters in Nutrition, Physical Activity and Public Health and a Masters level in Integrative Medicine, science-based research creates the foundation of the principles I share in my latest book to support women's hormonal health, Hungry Woman.
