Peggy began her career as a receptionist and worked her way up to a Chief Executive Assistant. She became a full-time inspirational speaker, empowerment coach, and best-selling author in January 2020, and not only survived the pandemic but learned to thrive by instilling the tips she's been teaching for years. Peggy is the author of two books: NOT Just An Admin! (published in September 2020 as a second edition) and Mean Girl No More. Peggy's passion is to empower others to succeed. She does this by providing keynotes and workshops to audiences globally. Her experience informs her teaching as she draws upon real-life examples, including successes and lessons learned by hard-won battles and failed attempts. Her goal is to help you navigate your career and that you’ll walk away from my keynote or book with improved skills that lead to increased collaboration and productivity and pride in better understanding the value you bring to your organization and the world. Her most successful accomplishment is being married to her husband, Renè, for over 30 years and raising their four children, and spoiling their grandchildren together.
