At Pencil Palette we are experienced artists dedicated to developing art curiosity and skills for all people. We believe skills can be developed by learning from those who have gone before. We create activities based on famous artists and artworks and learning is done through a variety of fun and engaging ways including using color, line, shading, dot-to-dot and color by numbers. Our activities are for students of all ages, stages and levels of experience from complete beginner to the more advanced. Our books include artists and artworks from the Renaissance such as Caravaggio and Artemisia Gentileschi to 21st century painters such as Georgia O'Keeffe and Emily Carr. We believe the more students can be exposed to different artists, different art movements and a variety of subject matter the more they will learn from the great artists. Our books cover art movements such as Realism, Impressionism, Abstract art, Modernerism, Post Modernism and more featuring artists such As Vincent Van Gogh, Johannes Vermeer, Paul Gauguin, Berthe Morisot, Edgar Degas, Paul Cezanne, Mary Cassatt, Paula Modersohn-Becker, Agnes Goodsir, Paul Klee, Henri De-Toulouse Lautrec, John Audobon, Franz Marc, Claude Monet, Camille Pissarro and many more.
