Penelope Alonso is a journalist with experience in newspaper reporting and magazine storytelling, as well as public and media relations creativity for a diverse array of businesses in the Greater Philadelphia region. Born in Philadelphia, she is the extremely proud mother of two amazing daughters. Penelope has written thousands of articles, and created content featured nationally, spotlighting interviews, perspectives and experiences of remarkable thought leaders in the fields of business technologies, food insecurity, nonprofit management, healthcare, construction, finance and general human interest. She writes, with the shimmer of magical realism, of the relationships, obstacles, triumphs and longings of the everyday world. Penelope's first book, A Walk With Everyone, published in February 2024, is lovingly dedicated to her inspirational mother, Sharon.
