Peter Freeman

Peter Freeman (a.k.a. Head Jerk) is the cofounder of Brooklyn Farmacy & Soda Fountain. His degree in sociology and his love of egg creams led him to the perfect career: as a soda jerk in his own soda fountain. Peter has appeared on numerous cooking shows, including Unique Sweets, the Chew, and Australia's Master Chef. However, his greatest achievement is being the 'jerk' who introduced a new generation of kids to egg creams.
