I am a Geography teacher from the UK. I studied Geography at the University of Southampton, and have taught Geography in both Independent and State Schools for more than 25 years. I currently teach the 13-18 age range, helping to prepare students for Geography exams at GCSE and A Level. I believe that Geography provides students with critically important knowledge and understanding of our dynamic planet, thereby equipping them with the capability to play a key role in shaping our future. I believe in promoting creativity and active learning, and am passionate about the benefits provided by digital technologies to enhance geographical learning. These interests have led me to becoming an author and self-publisher of eBooks, as well as creating a range of other downloadable digital resources available via my geographydigital.com website.
