Philip Wire

Philip Wire (M. Ed.) is a graduate of Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri. In fourteen years of teaching adolescents, he has taught science, English language arts, and social studies. In 2016, he was named his district’s Teacher of the Year by the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. Philip has taught in a wide range of environments, including military bases, small towns, and one of the largest suburban school districts in his region. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, writing, running, traveling, and devoting lots of time and energy to being a proudly average climber.
