Phillip W. Price is a retired Special Agent in Charge (SAC) with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI). Price started his career in law enforcement in 1974 (at the age of 19). Price was hired as a Special Agent with the GBI in 1978. Price served with the GBI for almost thirty years and rose through the ranks to become an SAC. Price has an Associate in Arts Degree from Reinhardt College in Waleska, Georgia, a Bachelor of Science Degree from North Georgia College in Dahlonega, Georgia, and a Masters in Public Administration from Columbus State University in Columbus, Georgia. Price's third novel, Asphalt Blues, is the winner of the Literary Titan Gold Award Price lives in North Georgia.
