Pierce Grey is the Harem/Litrpg pen name of epic fantasy writer Richard Nell. No, it's not a secret, it's just different genres and he (OK, 'I') didn't want to confuse people. If you like male protagonists kicking ass and getting amazing girls, with harem tropes written by someone who actually cares about good writing: you, sir, are in the right place.
