Rick DeBruhl

Rick DeBruhl is a career broadcaster who now focuses on helping people improve their business communication. Rick has worked for ESPN, ABC, NBC and Fox Sports covering auto racing and collector car auctions. Rick spent nine years as part of the Indy 500 broadcast team and has covered Formula One racing in both North America and Europe. He’s currently the voice of the Barrett Jackson auctions on the A&E networks. In addition to his broadcasting work, Rick works as a communication consultant specializing in media training, messaging and crisis communication. Rick’s first book, Communicating at the Right Speed, gave readers specific ways to improve communication in the workplace. Rick’s next book, The Insider’s Guide to Media Training (co-authored with Kevin Riggs) is designed to help people feel more comfortable when facing a media interview.
