RJ has spent the last 35 years in the corporate world of media and communications. Like many of us, she struggled with the right goal-setting strategy for herself and the very act of stopping long enough to reflect on small, important moments. . Williams developed the weekly goal strategy that also includes her 'why' and 'who' we impact along the way. At this point in her life, she continues to practice small mindful changes for her well being. She feels there is personal power that can be gained by sitting and writing out intentions and goals. Only a few moments of reflection per week are needed to achieve a greater sense of purpose.
