I'm The Who Are You Guy. I help lost people reconnect with themselves to figure out what really matters and build a life that aligns with what's most important. I struggled with my identity for years and ended up on a lot of ugly roads because of that. Through the years, some good therapy, and a lot of introspection, I discovered that ugly roads lead to beautiful places. I hold a master's degree in clinical counseling, multiple certifications and specializations, and have taught college-level psychology. My books are my way of spreading years of experience and psychological research in a digestible and meaningful way that doesn't get bogged down in the weeds.
