Her website and Instagram page, Rachael's Good Eats, founded in 2016, has been a constant inspiration for many wanting to feel a difference in the way they fuel their bodies while making movement part of their everyday routine. In April of 2023, her debut cookbook, Rachael's Good Eats became an instant New York Times Bestseller. Rachael continues to share simple, yet approachable meals that are made with healthier ingredients, never compromising the bold flavors she loves. She currently lives in Seattle with her husband, Bridger, and their two dachshunds, Ellie & Coco.
