Who is Rachel Burns? I have been debating back and forth for a long time about what to write here. The truth is that Rachel Burns doesn't exist. She isn't real. Rachel Burns is as made up as any other one of my characters. But the question behind that question is: who am I, the lady pretending to be Rachel Burns. I guess to answer that is to say that there is a lot of me in all of my characters. By reading my books, you get an idea about who I am.
