Rebecca Greene

Rebecca Greene, MSW, LMSW, is an author and mental health therapist who works with kids, teens, and families. She writes inspiring social-emotional themed stories to empower children and to help them overcome challenges. She is the author of four children's books: My Perfect Cupcake, Who Will Trick or Treat With Me?, Creating Kindness, and Explore Virginia with Me! My Perfect Cupcake is her first children's book and is the debut title in The Fearless Food Allergy Friends series. Rebecca was inspired to create this series based on her son's food allergy journey. Creating Kindness is a social-emotional themed book about how even the smallest acts of kindness can make a big difference. Who Will Trick or Treat With Me? is a social-emotional themed book about moving to a new town, coping with anxiety, and making new friends. Rebecca also writes books about exploring the world around us. Explore Virginia with Me! is an adventure story that takes readers on a road trip around the state of Virginia and weaves in state history and state facts. Rebecca's newest work in progress is a children's social-emotional themed chapter book series to be published in spring, 2023. Rebecca also writes self-help, education, and parenting books. Her new parenting book about only child families, One & Done, is forthcoming from Familius in January, 2023. Rebecca lives in the Washington, DC metro area with her family.
