Reesa Shayne is the author of six children’s picture books including 5-star rated Readers’ Favorite children’s books: I Breathe For Me, My Day With Grandma, Unstoppable Zee, and When We All Wear A Mask. She is also the author of the children’s book, Polly Pear and the newly released book in November of 2024--Learn ABCs With Unstoppable Zee. She was born in the Caribbean and moved to Connecticut as a child. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Boston University and a Master’s degree in Strategic Communication from Columbia University in the city of New York. She has worked in Advertising for many years. She is a lover of the written word and an avid reader Reesa believes in the power of stories to shape young minds, and she continues to inspire and uplift through her delightful children's books. With every new creation, Reesa aims to foster a love for reading, promote empathy and self-belief, and ignite the imaginations of young readers. She invites children of all ages to embark on extraordinary adventures and discover the magic of storytelling.
