Rev. Jon Burnham

Jon Burnham is a latecomer to writing, a true late bloomer, but he's right on time. Once he began, there was no slowing down. His work is rooted in a deep appreciation for mystery, especially the mystery of the Christ within—the hope of glory. Through his book series on the Parables of Jesus, the Miracles of Jesus, Angels Amongst Us, Christian Spirituality, and Adult Bible Studies, Jon explores Christian life with a focus on spiritual depth and beauty. A seasoned Presbyterian pastor with theological degrees including a B.A.; M.A.; M.Div. and D.Min., Jon serves in Houston, Texas, where he's lived for many years with his family. Originally from Morton, Mississippi, Jon’s journey has taken him across several states, always in search of the numinous. With a passion for storytelling in his blood—his father was a storyteller, his brother a novelist—Jon’s writing career was perhaps inevitable. His high school English teacher even predicted it. Jon’s works now stand as a testament to his lifelong love of words and the mysteries they unveil.
