Rhett Larson is the Richard Morrison Professor of Water Law at Arizona State University's Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law and Senior Research Fellow at the Kyl Center for Water Policy. His research focuses on international and domestic water law and policy. Larson received his Doctor of Law from the University of Chicago Law School and his Masters of Science in Water Science, Policy, and Management from the University of Oxford. He has represented and consulted a variety of clients in water rights disputes and transactions, and has worked on water development projects all over the world. Larson was a Fulbright Scholar and Visiting Professor at the Pontifical Catholic University in Quito, Ecuador, a PLuS Alliance Fellow and Visiting Scholar at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia, and a Lady Davis Fellow and Visiting Professor at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
