Richard Pears

Richard Pears has worked in public and academic libraries for 30 years and is currently a faculty librarian at Durham University. He teaches research and information skills to students from PhD to undergraduate levels and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Cite Them Right (co-authored with Graham Shields) is informed by this day-to-day experience of supporting students with the task of referencing the huge range of information sources available today, and in avoiding plagiarism, a much publicised issue in education.
