His resources are used for HOA manager license continuing education in Florida. He wrote a chapter about homeowner association development in Donald Trump's "The Best Real Estate Advice I Ever Received". He is president of Association of Professional Reserve Analysts and performs long range maintenance and financial planning for HOAs. He is a Grand Trustee for Sigma Chi Fraternity where he advises on chapter housing issues. Richard lives in Portland Oregon and is the proud father of Michael, Jessica and Annie.
