Rick Serrano works for insurance giant Generali, where he serves in strategic projects management, training, and coaching, helping his Generali colleagues, as needed, to be more effective and results-oriented. Rick Serrano lives with his wife Begona, and his four children: Ricky, Juan Ignacio, Begognetta, and Luis Alfonso in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
