Rob Loper is a worship leader, director, playwright and songwriter. In addition to being a founding member of R.A.R.E. Soul Production Company LLC, he has been writing, producing, and directing for over 10 years. He has also ministered in music, film, theater, preaching, and spoken word at different venues across the DC tri-state area, and has worked with artists, directors, and companies such as Stephen Hurd, Anthony Brown and Group Therapy, Isaac Carree, Direthea Cummings, Jeremiah Hicks, the Jenkins Brothers, and many others. He is currently serving as a worship leader and as a member of the young adult teaching and preaching team at the First Baptist Church of Glenarden in Upper Marlboro, MD.
