Rob Neto has been cave diving for 20+ years. Over the course of that time, he has done 1000s of cave dives all over the world. He has also lead underwater cave explorations in Florida and Cozumel, Mexico. Rob has taken the experiences he has had in the underwater caves and used them to weave suspenseful, thrilling tales that will put you on the edge of your seat and holding your breath. He is also working on an adventure series that brings you along on his underwater cave exploration dives. Rob has written both fiction and non-fiction books. His first book, Sidemount Diving The Almost Comprehensive Guide was published in 2015 and was a great success. Over the next few years more and more manufacturers introduced sidemount rigs and different techniques were introduced and evolved. This resulted in the 2nd edition of Sidemount Diving in 2020. The 2nd edition is more than twice as long and contains significantly more information. It has also been translated into German, Dutch, and Spanish and is currently being translated into additional languages. Rob has also ventured into the world of fiction. His first novel - Beyond the Grate - is a book inspired by true events that occurred in 2010 in the Florida panhandle surrounding the disappearance of a scuba diver last seen at a freshwater spring. Rob recently published a sequel to Beyond the Grate titled Into the Darkness Beyond and the third book in the series, Beyond Hope, is due for release on August 20, 2024. Rob has also begun working on a new adventure series that tells the stories of his underwater cave explorations. The first book in the series, Beneath the Jungle of Cozumel - Connecting the Crowns, is scheduled for release in October 2024.
