ROB REIDER Dr. Rob Reider; Ph.D. MBA, CPA.; is the President of Reider Associates, a management and organizational consulting firm in Santa Fe, New Mexico that he founded in 1976. His area of expertise encompasses long and short-term planning, managerial and administrative systems, financial and accounting procedures and controls; organizational behavior; operations; management information and control techniques; management training, and staff development. He has applied this expertise for clients in numerous disciplines in the private and public sectors—from large multi-national corporations to small mom and pop businesses. Rob is the course author and discussion leader and presenter for over 20 different workshops/seminars and has presented over 1,000 such seminars both domestically and internationally to associations and in-house organizations. Rob is also the course author of over 20 online self-study courses marketed nationally by Thomson-Reuters. In addition, he is also the author of nine professional management books, six published by John Wiley & Sons and three published by Business Expert Press; as well as the author of seven works of fiction. Rob has also been a presenter at numerous professional seminar offerings and programs around the country, many times the keynoter, and has published numerous articles in professional journals. He has been a frequent presenter on the monthly educational video programs produced by Prime Media Workplace Learning and Professional Education Network. Rob is also the founder, President, and Managing Director of Concerned Productions, a non-profit social issue theater company that has produced more than 15 such productions. Rob has also been a part-time visiting professor of Management and Entrepreneurship at New Mexico Highlands University in Santa Fe where he was instrumental in developing, as the Director, the Entrepreneurial Institute and Entrepreneurial Forum programs. Rob has also worked with a number of social service agencies such as Youth Development Centers, Drug and Alcohol Abuse, Welfare, Education, and Minority Concerns. He has also worked with minority groups in work readiness programs as well as with minority entrepreneurs in mentoring and consulting as to developing successful small businesses. Rob earned the degree of Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Master of Science in Business (MBA) from Drexel University; and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organizational & Management Psychology.
