Rob "YB" Youngblood is the president and chief connecting officer of YBConnects, LLC, a Richmond, VA based consulting firm that increases entrepreneurs' visibility, credibility, and profitability while enhancing their confidence, clarity, and connections. For over two decades, YB has built a reputation as a go-to resource for individuals and organizations that need assistance with creating awareness, attracting clients, and facilitating connections that lead to outstanding outcomes. Known in many circles as "The LinkedIn Locksmith", YB teaches his clients to creates cash flow using LinkedIn. He co-authored an Amzaon bestseller titled "SPEAKUP! The Ultimate Guide to Dominate in the Speaking Industry" which featured Les Brown, Dr. George C. Fraser, and thirty other dynamic speakers. His chapter focused on helping speakers leverage LinkedIn to increase their network and net worth. In 2022, YB launched his second book, "Collaboration Creates Currency: The Blueprint For Visibility, Credibility, and Profitability" to highlight the expertise, experiences, and skills of the each author; giving readers a renew perspective of how to achieve mutual growth through collaboration, innovation and leverage. YB holds a bachelors degree in business administration from Virginia Union University. He was born and raised in the Bronx, NY, and now resides in Richmond, VA with his wife and two daughters.
