Robert "Cujo" Teschner is a retired Air Force fighter pilot, F-15 Fighter Weapons School (Air Force "Top Gun") instructor, and operational F-22 squadron commander. He's also a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy. For the majority of his flying career he taught tactical employment and was focused on the practice of accountable leadership by way of the Air Force "Debrief" process. He specifically served as the US Air Force's Subject Matter Expert on the Art of Debriefing during his time as a Fighter Weapons School Instructor. His career ended abruptly as a result of colorectal cancer, and he pivoted to business. His new focus is on helping businesses to succeed in the midst of disruption by utilizing the methods high-performing fighter squadron teams use the world-over. Mr. Teschner is the Founder and CEO of VMax Group, a Leadership Development company based in St. Louis, MO. His first book, "Debrief to Win," was released worldwide on March 13, 2019, the 5-year anniversary of the removal of his cancerous tumor.
