Robert J. Rhee is the John H. and Marylou Dasburg Professor of Law at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He teaches and writes in the field of business law, including the laws of corporations, non-corporate business entities, financial markets, and corporate finance. He is the author of several books on these subjects. Previously, he worked as an investment banker in New York and London, and an attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. He is a graduate of the University of Chicago, George Washington University, and the Wharton School where he received his M.B.A. He has previously taught law and business school students at, among other schools, Georgetown University and Johns Hopkins University.
