He founded the automation service line at McKinsey & Company in 2016, excited by the prospect of uniting his diverse interests in operations and technology. He has worked with over 200 private and public sector organizations on various automation and AI topics. Before joining McKinsey, Rob worked for Cerberus Capital Management. There, he oversaw portfolio companies in the U.S. and Japan and had a front-row seat to the global financial crisis of 2007 and 2008.
