Robert Winston Carter

Robert Winston Carter grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, USA and graduated from Ga. Tech as an early student of Computer Science. After Ga. Tech, Mr. Carter attended NYU where he became a member of the teaching and research staff. After NYU, Mr. Carter worked for Texas Instruments, IBM, GM and EDS as an engineer and programmer, also doing work as a manager and salesman. After EDS, Mr. Carter became a contractor of IT services for healthcare. Aside from building computer systems and databases on many areas, Mr. Carter is an avid Golfer, Sailor and Musician on the Trumpet and Keyboards.
