Robin Devoe

Robin Devoe is the nom de plume of Rob E. Earl – an Alaskan who enjoys boreal forests, English Romantic poetry, backcountry skiing, mountain biking, risk-reduced motorcycling, and (of course!) collecting beautiful words. Books include four dictionaries and one poetry book. (The first dictionary is a large compilation of the next three.) Dictionary of the Strange, Epic, and Beautiful (2024); Dictionary of the Strange, Curious, and Lovely (2017, 2022); Epic English Words (2021); Dictionary of the Rare, Creative, and Beautiful (2023); and Pale Western Star: The Poetry of Robin Devoe (2019, 2022).
