Born in Montreal, educated at McGill and Harvard Universities, Ron has over 40 years of experience as a natural health insider both as an entrepreneur and business consultant.
 As an author, he provides a unique perspective and a road-map to healthy eating and sleeping. 
Years of research and his lifelong love of wellness have all made him an expert in natural health and sleep.
 Ron is a firm believer that everyone is unique and, as such, no one approach can be perfect for everyone. His insights will both educate and inspire you. Resident of Vancouver, British Columbia for two decades, he currently lives on a remote island in British Columbia, Canada
 As an owner of AMC Media, Ron co-wrote and published the children’s books, I Love Not Smoking, over a million sold, From A to Z by Bike, over three million sold and the popular three book series Good Planets are Hard to Find.

 He has been interested in sleep, health and healing for decades, and knows the industry both as a consumer and as a player in many roles.
 Ron helped found The Trust for Sustainable Forestry which protects endangered forests. Ron has an exotic organic garden on an exposed rocky bluff overlooking Desolation Sound where he grows strawberries, apples, pears, peaches, figs, tomatoes, kale, broccoli, carrots, potatoes, blueberries, squashes and more. In the winter he enjoys the luxury of heating his home with wood. His joy is his two daughters and five granddaughters. Ronald Bazar loves the outdoors, hiking, swimming, skiing, running and kayaking, and plays Ultimate Frisbee at least once a week.
