Rosanne Markham

Rosanne has been writing most of her life and is a published composer and lyricist. With a deep appreciation for the fine arts, she enjoyed a 10-year career as a singer in the duo, "Shadow." She currently sings with the Southern Utah Heritage Choir in St. George, Utah. In her leisure time, she enjoys landscape photography, capturing the stunning red rocks of southern Utah and recreating them in oil paint. Rosanne holds both a B.A. in English and master’s degree in educational technology from the University of Utah. She also studied English literature at Cambridge University. For twenty years, she taught English, Reading, and English as a Second Language in the Granite School District in Salt Lake City. Her greatest joy comes from spending time with her family, which includes four children and nine grandchildren. Together with her husband, Steve, Rosanne enjoys traveling. In addition to travels in Europe, Scandinavia, the Caribbean, and elsewhere, she and her family have lived in Utah, Hawaii, the Philippines, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
