Her main mission is to support people to make their dreams come true through their personal transformation and to participate as a change agent in organizations to achieve the transformation required to innovate and deliver services/products/business models with the opportunity, quality and value for the ecosystem. She loves to share knowledge and learnings with the agile ecosystem of Latin America, through active participation in agile communities, training, the generation of individual and collaborative content.
