Roy Goble

Roy Goble grew up working in his family’s junkyard. To this day, he sometimes sees life through a lens covered in grime and grit. He has run a family-owned real estate investment company for more than four decades. He co-founded the educational nonprofit PathLight International, has served on nonprofit and academic boards, and authored two other books about generosity and leadership. Over the years Roy has been called both a troublemaker and a peacemaker, often at the same time. He’s a three on the Enneagram, so he’s shooting for a higher score next time. Roy is easily bribed with Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, dad jokes, and pictures of golden retrievers. Roy is married to his high school sweetheart, D’Aun. They have two adult children, one son-in-law, and one incredibly cute granddaughter. Oh, and two hilarious miniature donkeys named Sully and Indy.
