Ruben J. Rocha

Ruben holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Dallas and studied Theology at the Braniff Graduate School. He is both a graduate and instructor at the Diamond Light School of Massage and Healing Arts. Ruben has collaborated with several respected health professionals, including Corsano Family Chiropractic and Kwait Chiropractic and Adams Family Acupuncture in Marin County, CA. He worked as manager of the massage clinic at BodyWise Massage and as a coordinator for chair massage at Elephant Pharmacy. He has also provided on-site massage services for various corporate clients. In 2016, he opened the Selfcare Studio in downtown San Anselmo, CA. Ruben holds certifications in Table Yomassage®, a unique bodywork experience that integrates restorative yoga with massage therapy, and in Trauma Informed Bodywork, highlighting his focus on providing safe and supportive healing experiences for his clients.
