Ruby Sisters

Ruby sisters is the collaboration of two very quirky and unique sisters. First came Karen and I, Barbara, arrived on the scene less than one year later. Mixed in your typical version of a steps and stairs family we worked our way through decades and decades of togetherness, complimented by a couple of brotherly partners in crime. Oh, for the love of family. While Karen embraces all things math and science, I am a bit of a dreamer buried in the world of history, romance and travel. We very much mixed these passions together over time, although I never master her brilliance in math. My nightmare balancing of a checkbook will testify to that fact. Together we’ve raised families, had careers, and traveled the world. A never-ending commitment to education, children and the joyous curiosity of the world has led us to this endeavor. The Why Oh Why series is packed full of inspirations and funny tales encouraging self belief, trust, inclusiveness, and so much more. Please join us on this amazing journey forward.
