Ruth Horowitz’s books for children include CRAB MOON, BREAKOUT AT THE BUG LAB, ARE WE STILL FRIENDS and SAVING ELI’S LIBRARY. She grew up in New Jersey, spent part of her childhood in France, studied writing with John Irving in college, and worked as a librarian in Los Angles, and a newspaper writer and editor in Vermont. She now lives in Rhode Island with her husband. She is represented by Linda Epstein at Emerald City Literary.
