If you have reached this post, then you have probably seen my book Visualizing Mixed Martial Arts! This book is one-part sports and one-part statistics and that is who I am. Growing up in Ireland I completed a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Psychology and then I moved to Yale University to complete a Master's Degree in Statistics. Along the way I remained sports obsessed between MMA, football, soccer, basketball... you name it! I used my training in psychology and statistics to write a book about the statistics of Mixed Martial Arts for fans. This book prioritizes the beautiful visualization of statistics as charts and graphs to represent fighters in the context of each other. If you decide to read my work, I truly hope you enjoy it!
