Dr. Ryan Lee is an Aerospace engineer, 3D Designer, Author, and Digital Artist with over 30 years of experience in the Aerospace industry. Throughout his career, He has dedicated 20 years to the Air Force Research Institute, specializing in engineering failure analysis of military aircraft. He has been extensively involved in accident investigations related to military jet crashes, responsible for structural FEM analysis, fatigue analysis, fractography, metallurgical analysis, and chemical analysis of fractured components. With a deep passion for engineering activities within aircraft structures, He strives to share his professional knowledge and on-site experience with fellow engineers and students in this field. He holds a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Florida, as well as a Ph.D. from KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology). His expertise lies in finite element analysis, fatigue analysis, and 3D CAD (Computer-Aided Design). He is proficient in utilizing software packages such as ABAQUS, LS-DYNA, ANSYS, and Fortran subroutines for advanced analysis. He has also gained extensive experience in Solidworks and CATIA during the development of aircraft designs, which are topics covered in these published books. In addition to his engineering pursuits, he has a passion for 3D digital art, drawings, and architectural visualization. As the founder of BW Engineering, BW Publication, and BW Studios, He manages these small companies that handle his personal business related to his areas of expertise.
