Steven Donaldson hails from Manchester, England, and currently lives in Los Angeles. He was the publisher of America's largest newspaper for British ex-pats in the US, The British Observer. In that role, Steven spent years documenting extraordinary but true tales from Hollywood. Then he was hired as a screenwriter and got to show his knack for great storytelling in a different format. Steven went on to own and run The Big Red Bus Company in Hollywood and in addition to operating Hollywood tours he supplied Double Decker London buses for movies, TV shows, special events and commercials. That saw him working on blockbuster movies like Hobbs and Shaw, starring Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham. Working with directors such as David Leitch and Michael Bay. Supplying buses for a string of hit shows including Lethal Weapon, Real Husbands of Hollywood, Dance Moms and The Hasselhoff's .Along the way he worked with such stars as Kevin Hart, Britney Spears, David Hasselhoff and Shaquille O'Neal. The Big Red Bus Company has carried tens of thousands of people from tour groups to wedding parties, bar mitzvahs to parades and the reaction from guests was always the same; people LOVE Double Decker buses! Children are especially drawn to these iconic red buses and it was that fact which inspired Steven to draw on all his experience to create a Double Decker bus character that children can relate to and quickly come to love.
