Sandra Fernandez

Sandra Fernandez is a Licensed REALTOR® and Real Estate Investor working in the St. Louis Metro Area. She was raised in the St. Louis area and lives in O'Fallon Missouri with her Husband and together they have 4 sons. She has Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science and Dietetics from Missouri State University and a Master's Degree in Medical Dietetics from Saint Louis University. She worked the better part of her 25-year career as a Licensed, Registered Dietitian and Regional Food Service Director for a hospital system in the St. Louis area. After a divorce in 2009, she purchased a detached villa for her and her 2 sons, and that home would eventually become her first investment property, a rental. When she and her current husband purchased their new home together, she decided to keep the villa to recoup some lost equity due to market changes. Through that process she discovered the wealth potential of rentals and real estate investing, thus, her new career was born - Real Estate Investing. From there she went onto Wholesaling, Rehabbing and became a Licensed REALTOR® to help others buy and sell their homes. She also teaches rental investing to others and does private consulting helping others learn how to invest in real estate. Sandra no longer works in healthcare but has never lost her passion for Health and Wellness. She continues to work promoting natural healing in other ways. She became a certified Reiki Master in 2023 and is a Brand Partner with Lifewave, a Health and Technology company. She enjoys helping people improve their quality of life more naturally without drugs with smarter nutrition and healthier lifestyles. Currently Sandra finds great satisfaction helping her clients with their Real Estate and Wellness needs. Taking the ugliest house on the street transforming it into a beautiful new home or rental property, brings her great satisfaction as it helps local families and revitalizes neighborhoods. Sandra has been featured in local television and radio shows highlighting healthy holiday eating, wellness and fitness apps that were new at the time, and various nutrition topics. She has also been highlighted in real estate publications and magazines and has been on several Podcasts including: Women in the Arena, and was the Co-Host of St. Louis REI Girls Podcast. Sandra will also be the new Host of the coming soon Podcast, United States Women in Real Estate Investing starting in 1st quarter 2025. She is the co-founder of a local Meetup called Empowered Women in Real Estate Investing and a new Mindset Mastermind that will be forming in 2025. She along with many members of her family have volunteered many years and served on the Board of Directors for Lafayette Industries, a regional Workshop in the St. Louis area employing Adults with Disabilities. She and her family become involved as a way to support her special needs brother and his desire to work in a safe and inclusive environment. Sandra's variety of experiences, skill sets, businesses and careers have always focused on helping others. It has been her dream for years to begin writing so getting her first book, Rental Wealth, published in 2024 was a dream come true. She is currently planning other books that will be coming over the next few years.
